By booking a service through our app, you agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please read it carefully before making a booking.

*Reschedule fee applies unless otherwise stated.
Frequency Bookings Policy
For customers who have opted for frequency bookings (recurring services), the following additional rules apply:
- If two consecutive frequency bookings are cancelled, the entire frequency booking will be automatically cancelled.
- If the frequency booking is cancelled after the first completed service, the discounted amount applied to the frequency booking will be charged to your card.
Additional Terms:
- Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made through the app.
- Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed based on the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Jameel DMCC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the app.

We may update our cancellation and rescheduling policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any updates by posting the new policy on this page.
